This 120W solar panel kit is based on the XM120 framed solar panel from our budget range. This compact panel should provide pretty much all the power you need for your domestic needs from spring until autumn on your narrowboat, caravan (or even garden shed), and is powerful enough to make a significant difference in winter too.
As a kit, it comes complete with either the Juta 12A standard regulator OR for 15-20% more power, you can choose to upgrade to the Juta 10A MPPT regulator (please see the drop-down "options" menu above).
All the wiring you need to connect up the system is included in the kit.
The XM120 solar panel kit includes
- XM120 120W solar panel fitted with cables for connection to solar regulator
- Juta 12A conventional regulator OR Juta 10A MPPT regulator
- Set of cables for connection between regulator and battery, fitted with ring terminals for easy installation and an in-line fuse to protect the system
We usually supply the kits with a 3m length of cable between the solar panel and the regulator, and a 1.5m length of cable between the regulator and the battery connectors. If you require different lengths, please advise us by email when you order so we can make up appropriate cables.
Please note mounting brackets are not included. It's easy to make your own - or browse though the solar panel mounts pages for something appropriate!
