Louise's bike shed

Isn't it a pain when you arrive home late in the evening, go to put your bike away in the garden shed, and can't see to unlock the door, and then stumble over the kindling and the lawnmower as you shove your bike in?
Louise doesn't have that problem any more - a little Spectra 5W solar panel is enough to keep an old car battery well topped-up with power, and a cheap but effective Labcraft fluorescent light can be run from it.

The whole project cost less than £100 - far less than the cost of laying a mains cable down the garden, and safer and more environmentally friendly into the bargain!
