MC4 Cable

Bundle containing a pair of cables and MC4 connectors for connecting solar panels to charge controllers. MC4 connectors for one end only.

These do not come pre-attached but the evo-ready connectors allow for tool-free cable connection. This means that no crimping is necessary, just use stripping pliers and remove the cable insulation by 15 mm up until 16.5 mm. The contact is made by an automatically closing spring clamp.

The connectors are MC4 style, which most solar panels have fitted to them. If your panel does not have these type of connectors then it may be MC3 type. If your solar panel has something more unusual please contact us as we do have some rarer types in stock not listed.

The cables in this kit are 10m long using 4mm² cable. We also stock kits with longer lengths of cable. Please be advised that, longer cables will mean more voltage loss. If your have long runs to do give us a call and we can calculate what thickness of cable you should use.
