Meters

Single-phase energy transducer for active energy metering and for cost allocation in applications up to 100 A (direct connection), with dual tariff management availability. It can measure imported and exported energy or be programmed to consider only the imported one. Housing for DIN-rail mounting, with IP20 front degree protection. The transducer is provided with RS485 Modbus port (available through screw terminals, dual RJ45 connectors or optical infrared communication port). A run-hour meter is available to link the energy to the relevant working hours.

This unit can be connected to Victron Zigbee transmitters and receivers to share energy meter readings with the Victron Remote Management Portal.

The Energy Meter can be used for:

1. Grid meter, and used as control input for an ESS System.
2. Measure the output of a PV inverter.
3. Measure the output of a AC Genset.

The meter is connected to the GX device (e.g. Cerbo GX). There are two options in its wiring:

1. Direct connection, either using the RS485 to USB interface with 1.8m cable length, or the 5.0m cable.
2. Wireless connection via Zigbee.
